Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr and the Bronx Tourism Council invite you to head uptown as El Condado De La Salsa (New York City's "Salsa Borough") celebrates the first-ever SalsaFest, four days of sizzling music, dance and events for the whole family.
